If a vendor is interested, they’ll send you an offer with a personalized message and, depending on the job, a quote. Homeowners often receive multiple offers within minutes of posting a job, giving you the freedom to choose the best fit. You can review all the offers, message as many pros as you like, and schedule next steps or ask questions—all directly within the app. If you loved your pro, next time you need their services, you can quick book with them simply by messaging them again in the app. This keeps everything secure and ensures a smooth, hassle-free process.

We recommend using the app for convenience—who doesn’t love automatic payments? But we understand that every vendor and industry is different, so choose what works best for you and your pro. To set up automatic payments, just securely add your credit card to your account after booking. All transactions are processed through Stripe, ensuring your payment is safe and fast. Plus, when you pay through the app, your pro gets paid immediately!
